About the Event
The American Association of Blacks in Energy held its 44th National Conference streaming live at the end of May. During the three-day conference, the Association hosted more than five hundred energy industry and community leaders. It was an epic coming together, as discussions surrounded partnering opportunities in energy designed to create a sustainable future through environmental stewardship, social responsibility, entrepreneurial inclusion, and career advancement.
PUF was there and brings you in these pages the AABE National Conference with its theme of Connecting the Dots. The PUF team remembered fondly the last in-person AABE National Conference in Indianapolis in 2019, also brought to you in these pages, with the theme of Energizing the Future for Customers and Communities.
That is why the PUF team was invigorated when AABE interim CEO Ralph Cleveland invited everyone to Tampa the first week of May 2022 for an in-person National Conference. See you there.
