Virtual Executive Coaching Session

This is a virtual, executive coaching session and career development opportunity for AABE members and other employees.

About this event

Purpose: This event provides AABE members, Dominion Energy employees, and other regional industry affiliates, an excellent career development opportunity by engaging in multiple coaching sessions with industry executives. In these sessions, participants will have an opportunity to ask poignant questions about career growth, improving individual and organizational alignment goals, and how to improve agility.

Agenda:

• Virtual Networking: 10:30 – 10:45 AM
• Introduction: 10:45 – 11:00 AM
• Executive Coaching: 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM
• Closing Activities 12:15 – 12:30 PM

Session Overview: One executive will facilitate each session. The sessions are limited to 18 minutes with ~five-six participants (allowing time for introductions and questions). Once the first session is complete, our executives will move to the next virtual breakout room (guidance will be provided on how to switch breakout sessions)
